This is a big favorite of ours and pretty simple to make at home. The tenderloins usually come in a package of two, so we marinate them both and freeze the one we haven’t used for a later date.

I make a foil tray that can be placed on the grill and used for the whole meal. No mess, simple clean up. Just roll up the sides of the foil. Use heavy duty.

Grill the chopped veggies on medium high.
After they’re half done, add the pork tenderloin. Turn it every 3-4 minutes. Cover it after 10 minutes until it’s cooked enough for you. For us, 15-17 minutes tops. We like it rare. Let it stand for 3 minutes and slice it.
We have entertained with this dish (minus the kugel). Always a big hit. Probably not for Sol.
Are the peppers really REALLY hot?

Pablanos range from not hot at all to medium hot. Before committing to the whole recipe you can cut a little piece out of the pablanos. Always remove the seeds.
