First Night at Home

We just got home and decided to dine home until after Mother’s Day.

Chose a wine I thought would be good with fish. This was just okay.
Swordfish was fresh from PA Dutch market in Newtown.
Sliced up a ripe avocado
Grill on high for 12 minutes total and crosshatch.
Barb made a Mango Salsa from scratch.

A healthy, delicious, and not fattening meal for me.
