How to make an excellent Vodka Martini

Mis-en-place: fill your martini glass with ice and water to the top;get your pimento stuffed olive, white vermouth, vodka and shaker ready.
Take the pimentos out of 1/2 your olives and restuff them with a soft Bleu cheese. I used St Agur here, but you can use any Bleu or Stilton, or Gorgonzola, etc.
Pour about 1 Oz of the vermouth over ice in your shaker. Shake it and spill out any excess. If you like it less dry, leave some vermouth in the shaker.
Fill er up with Vodka, about 3 Oz. Cover and shake 20-30 times.
Dump water and ice out of glass and put in your olives. You can also use cocktail onions or a lemon twist (thin yellow skin only).

Relax. Enjoy with some mellow music or with someone close. Put up your feet.
