This is a green machine. It’s used for turning vegetables into spaghetti. When you go to a sushi bar and find shredded radish on your plate, it was done with a food processor or a green machine.We’ve been using ours for years whenever Barb has decided to make a healthier version of pasta. I always argue that I want Real pasta, but usually give in and shred the zucchini into pasta. The machine comes with 3 different blades to give you different thicknesses of “pasta”.And in the end, I have to always agree that her idea was both healthier and more tasty then what I’d have made. This dish was made with shrimp, zuchini pasta, fresh corn, reconstitute Porcini mushrooms and diced tomatoes. I guess it’s really all about the cook and not the guy who keeps coming up with whims, urges and fixations.
