My Name is Josh Bahoff and I’m a retired dentist currently living in Naples, FL and Bucks County, PA. I enjoy being a mediocre golfer, a leisurely biker, an habitual “kibitzer”, and (according to my cardiologist) a bon vivant. I am resurrecting an old blog which became unwieldy titled JoshEatsanddrinks.blogspot.com. Please feel free to read and enjoy my posts. I hope they prove entertaining and informative .

Since I am not a restaurant critic, I will not be posting negative reviews of restaurants. The places I write up are always going to be good to excellent. They are places I have enjoyed and wish to share with others. If you are looking for critical reviews that might damage a reputation or the future of an enterprise, you’ll have to check out magazines and newspapers. Times are tough enough in the restaurant business. I’d hate to make them any tougher.
