Went out for Mikes big birthday. He chose his favorite pizza spot in Naples, Florida.

The pizzas had a very thin crust, the way we like them. Lots of delicious toppings. You could customize your pizza anyway you want. 10 inch, 13 inch and two larger sizes.
Several wine choices by the glass “on tap” or by the bottle. They also have a $20 corkage fee.

Their small wedge salad was a good size with Gorgonzola dressing.
As usual, I didn’t take photos until everything was partially eaten. I’ll grow up soon.
Debbie is an expert in all things that are bread. How would you characterize the texture and flavor of the crust? Was it overpowered by all the delicious looking toppings and served only as a carrier or did it’s flavor come through with each bite?

Tasty crust. Thus the name. Held up as a good carrier and added to the taste.
